This popular class helps maintains cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility. This fast-paced class uses music and handheld weights designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Participants should bring water and a hand towel to class. Recommended for the intermediate to advanced participants. Class is limited to 50 participants.
