This popular class helps maintains cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. This fast-paced class uses music and handheld weights designed to increase muscular strength, and range of movement. Participants should bring water and hand towel to class. Recommended for the intermediate to advanced participants. Class limited to 50 participants. Sponsored by the City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department. All participants must pre-register online at the city’s website or in the office at 615 South McClelland Street. No walk-ins allowed.
